BEAGLE CHANNEL NAVIGATION
Descripción de la excursión
We invite you to explore the Beagle Channel, navigating through the strait at the southernmost tip of South America, where the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans meet.
During the journey, we will visit
Sea Lion Island As we navigate the Beagle Channel, you'll have the opportunity to observe both South American sea lions and South American fur seals in their natural habitat.
Bird Island You'll be able to spot a variety of bird species, including skuas, black-browed albatrosses, flightless steamer ducks, and upland geese on Bird Island.
Les Éclaireurs Lighthouse While cruising along the Beagle Channel, you'll see the iconic Les Éclaireurs Lighthouse. It was named in honor of French Captain Louis Ferdinand Martial and was built in 1918 as a navigational beacon for ships arriving at the port with supplies.
Bridges Island We will disembark on the Bridges Islands for a guided, easy-level walk along interpretive trails. During the hike, you'll discover the unique flora of the Fuegian forest, archaeological remains of the native Yámana people, and an ancient shell midden that provides insight into their way of life. From the island's natural viewpoints, you'll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Beagle Channel, the mountains surrounding Ushuaia, and the nearby archipelago.

A experiência foi incrível
A experiência foi incrível, o passeio de navegação ao canal foi o melhor de toda a viagem até o momento. Recomendo bastante a empresa “Onashaga”. O principal diferencial com certeza foi a Guia chamada Sofia, muito bem instruída e preparada.
